Watermelon slush (no added sugar)

For all of you who, just like me, like to cool off with really sweet drinks in the summer, here is a super easy watermelon slush recipe made 100% from fruits, without any added sugar!

Some really cold watermelon, plus the fact that this fruit is filled with water and is really sweet, will do the trick to give a delicious slushy texture to this drink.

It’s super easy to prepare:
Makes 2 servings:
In a blender, combine the juice of 2 lemons, about 10 fresh mint leaves and about 5 cups of really cold diced and seedless watermelon. Pulse into a slush texture. Add a little bit of water if you find it too thick, and serve immediately. Enjoy really cold!
